AI Model Training Contributor

We are looking for highly motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our AI model training project. The task involves performing and documenting a variety of actions in productivity applications (such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word), while communicating and collaborating through Slack. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems by helping create realistic training data based on real-world usage of popular software tools.

Job Requirements

For Annotators:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proactive attitude: ability to ask questions, clarify uncertainties, and contribute actively to team discussions.

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Good general IT skills: comfortable using Chrome, navigating cloud-based tools, searching for solutions independently (e.g. via ChatGPT or web search).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions.

For Project Managers:

  • Basic understanding of team management, coordination, and reporting — focused on collaboration and communication, not command-and-control.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members via Slack.

  • Follow task instructions carefully and document your work accurately.

  • Collaborate with your assigned Project Manager and team members.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve task instructions and process.

For Project Managers:

  • Coordinate a small team of annotators.

  • Facilitate effective communication and task flow via Slack.

  • Monitor task completion and quality.

  • Report progress and any issues clearly to the client and internal managers.
