Junior Shopify (Ecommerce) Admin / Data Annotator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Shopify (or other ecommerce platforms) Admin to support us with basic content management and website updates. Your work will be used to train a next-gen AI model. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who’s comfortable using the Shopify frontend and wants to grow their skills by working on real-world projects. No advanced coding or development experience is required.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Shopify (or other platforms such as WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace… )

  • Comfortable working with themes, pages, posts, and plugins

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Good written English and ability to follow instructions

  • No coding skills needed — but a plus if you have basic HTML/CSS familiarity

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with page builders

  • An eye for desgin

  • Basic image editing (e.g., cropping, resizing)

  • Familiarity with contact forms, galleries, and embedding maps or videos

Key Responsibilities

  • Make simple design adjustments (e.g., colors, fonts, buttons) using the block editor or theme settings

  • Uploading, adding, and editing new products

  • Add and edit content (pages, blog posts, images, etc.

  • Use existing themes and plugins to build or recreate simple websites

  • Update menus and navigation

  • Upload images and format galleries

  • Perform regular content reviews and small visual tweaks

  • Follow brand guidelines and content instructions carefully
