Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are hiring a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our client base in the outsourcing and AI services industry.

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales team researching target companies, generating leads, and starting meaningful conversations with decision-makers across Europe, North America, and beyond.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally persuasive, goal-oriented, and excited about B2B tech and service solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred).

  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicator with a professional tone.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.

  • Strong research and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.

  • Understanding of outsourcing, tech services, or AI/data solutions is a plus.

  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email tools, CRM, and industry platforms.

  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages to generate interest and book discovery calls.

  • Qualify leads through initial conversations and pass them on to the sales team with detailed handover notes.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outbound campaigns and messaging.

  • Track outreach metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.
