Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead content creation and engagement on our LinkedIn company page. You’ll craft compelling posts, grow our professional network, and help position us as a thought leader in the outsourcing and tech space.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and grow our LinkedIn presence. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that reflects our brand values, showcases our services, and positions us as a thought leader in the outsourcing, technology, and AI space.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of B2B communication on LinkedIn, has a sharp eye for content trends, and can transform business insights into posts that resonate with decision-makers and industry professionals.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn pages for B2B companies or professional services firms.

  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a strong grasp of brand tone and storytelling.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like LinkedIn Insights or third-party social tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools) are a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar.

  • Interest in outsourcing, tech, or AI topics is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn page, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement.

  • Create original and visually appealing content that promotes our services, highlights client success stories, and drives brand visibility.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to gather stories, data, or insights for content.

  • Analyze post performance and audience growth, providing monthly reports and improvement strategies.

  • Stay up to date with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for professional content.

  • Occasionally support other social platforms (e.g., Twitter or Instagram) if needed.
